PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was hit and killed along SE Foster Road in Portland early Sunday evening, police said.
Around 5:45 p.m., officers rushed to the scene in the 9700 block of SE Foster and found the man had already died. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating, investigators said.
