PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) – Portland Police have identified the man that was shot outside the Lariat Lounge Friday night on Southeast Division Street. 37-year-old Montrell D. Goss of Portland was shot Friday outside the bar. Through the investigation, PPB says Goss left the bar and went to his vehicle where he got a firearm. Goss returned to the bar and got into a confrontation and shots were fired. Two guns were recovered at the scene, police say.
