PORTLAND, Ore. – On February 5, 2024, Portland Police officers conducted a retail theft mission in the area of Jantzen Beach and the Hayden Meadows Shopping Center. That mission resulted in 11 arrests, 20 traffic/subject stops, 2 stolen vehicle recovers, 1 vehicle eluded, and 10 warrants served. Police also recovered a half pound of meth and seized 166 fentanyl pills.
