Police in standoff with possibly armed suspect in SE Portland; shelter-in-place issued

PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Portland tactical teams are in a standoff with a possibly armed suspect following a shooting in the Lents neighborhood Thursday morning. Just after 10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at a home in the 6000 block of Southeast 100th Avenue. Police say it’s not known at this time if there were any victims.
