Police identified the man fatally shot in a bar in St. Johns Monday night as 56-year-old Charles Hassel. Medical examiners ruled his death a homicide, police said Thursday. Officers responded to reports of a shooting at a bar in the 8700 block of North Lombard Street at 9:39 p.m. Monday. They found Hassel dead at the scene, police said.
