PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) – A Portland Police officer is okay after their patrol vehicle has hit by a suspect leaving the scene of a call Saturday morning. Police say that officers responded to a report of trespassers in a parking lot just after 10:30 a.m. in the 600 block of SE 148th Avenue.
