An unhoused man was charged with trafficking fentanyl and assaulting a police officer in Portland over the weekend. Portland police responded to a report of a person refusing to leave the Ramada Plaza on Riverside Street around 1:15 p.m. Sunday. The suspect fled but was later tracked down to a parking lot.
