The man who was shot and killed in an American Legion hall in Vancouver while fleeing Clark County Sheriff’s deputies has been identified. Benjamin Steven Woods, 41, of Prineville, died from multiple gunshot wounds around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday following reports that he and a woman had allegedly carjacked and attempted to carjack drivers.
