PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Police are responding to a shooting in Portland on North Atlantic Avenue, just south of Lombard Street.
Several units responded to the shooting reports just before 5:30 a.m. and when they arrived said they found a man dead.
According to Portland police, the suspect fled the scene before they arrived and no one has been arrested yet.
The area is closed while the PPB homicide unit investigates the scene.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Portland police.
