Temperatures climbed to 90 degrees (unofficially) at the Portland International Airport on Tuesday, but they’ll take a nosedive Wednesday under partly sunny skies. The National Weather Service says onshore flow will return Wednesday as a damp system approaches the Oregon coast. Winds will shift from northerly to southerly and temps will lower at least 15 degrees from yesterday’s high.
