PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 23-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested on Wednesday for multiple firearm charges each, after a traffic stop by Portland police, according to PPB. Shortly before 5 p.m., officers with the “Focused Intervention Team” pulled over a car being driven by Demaria D. Preston at Northeast 74th Avenue and Northeast Lombard Street.
