PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Mostly cloudy skies won’t stop temperatures from feeling warm and muggy this weekend around the greater Portland, Vancouver metro area. Afternoon temperatures are expected to warm into the low 80s on Saturday as cloudy skies increase. One or two of the more densely packed clouds could bring a brief rain shower or two to the coastal and valley locations on Saturday and Sunday.
