PORTLAND, Ore. – One person is dead and another injured after a head-on collision early Saturday morning. Officers responded at 1:32 a.m. to reports of a crash involving two cars on westbound I-84 at Northeast 162 Avenue, according to the Portland Police Bureau (PPB). When officers arrived, they found both drivers injured.
