Oregon’s minimum wage jumps Monday, approaching $16 an hour in the Portland area. But how many workers make the minimum varies a lot by geography, and by industry. State lawmakers overhauled Oregon’s minimum wage in 2016, mandating annual increases that are now pegged to inflation.
