VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – The Vancouver Police Department is investigating a shooting that left two people dead Thursday morning. At about 8:20 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in the 4300 block of Plomondon Street, close to the Bagley Community Park and a Boys & Girls Club.
