PORTLAND, Ore. – A man has been arrested for a deadly crash that killed two women near St. Paul in 2023. On Friday, a grand jury indicted Porfirio Perez Martinez, who resides in Clackamas County, on two counts of criminal negligent homicide related to the crash at the intersection of McKay Road Northeast and Case Road Northeast, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.
