When someone shows you who they are, believe them. Carmen Rubio’s astounding collection of traffic infractions over many years shows us that she does not obey the law, will drive without a valid license, feels entitled to do what she wants and park where she wants and blows off court dates, (“Carmen Rubio, a leading candidate for Portland mayor, racked up 150 parking, traffic violations, 6 driver’s license suspensions,” Sept. 9).
