Clark County man arrested after admitting to killing sister: Police

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A Clark County man was arrested Wednesday after admitting to stabbing and killing his sister, authorities said.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a disturbance with a weapon report in Vancouver late Wednesday night.

The person who made the report said that he had gone to the home of Diane Robinson, 36, who hadn’t been heard from in several days.

When he arrived, he said he spoke with Diane’s brother, Dwayne Robinson, 34, who said that he had stabbed and killed Diane.

Deputies arrived at the scene and detained Dwayne and upon searching the home said they found a dead woman inside.

Officials said that her identification is still pending.

Dwayne was booked and faces a first-degree murder charge.

The incident is still under investigation.
