A crash snarled traffic on Highway 99W near the junction with Highway 18 Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened between Lafayette and Dundee in rural Yamhill County, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Traffic heading west was backed up to Dundee and traffic heading east was moving slow as of late Tuesday afternoon.
ODOT said the delays were likely to last into rush hour.
According to traffic data, the delay was 12 to 13 minutes.
Officials said traffic may be detoured off of Highway 99W.
