PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A new documentary is shining a light on a part of Portland’s homeless crisis that often goes overlooked.
Senior citizens are facing a growing crisis when it comes to homelessness.
“No Place to Grow Old” is the film that premieres Friday evening – with support from Providence Health Plan. It aims to showcase the systemic challenge that people in our communities are facing.
Joining us this morning is the film’s producer Michael Larson, along with Scott Burton from Providence Health Plan, joined AM Extra to talk about the premiere.
