Two individuals were taken into custody following a high-tension incident in downtown Portland last Saturday that disrupted public transportation and escalated into a police chase. The suspects, Anthony G. Ortiz, 20, and Jesse Frizzell, 28, now face multiple charges and were booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC), according to the Portland Police Bureau.
