Bonscott J. Skinner, who grabbed a backpack full of drugs during a robbery that left the dealer dead, was sentenced to 22 years in state prison Friday. Authorities have charged another man in the robbery with fatally shooting 57-year-old Abed Fattoum inside his tent on Southeast Ninth Avenue near Clay Street about 10 a.m., Dec. 21, 2022.
