PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The woman who was run over after falling off a moving car early Thursday morning died at the hospital, according to the Portland Police Bureau. Just before 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a woman injured in the 9900 block of Southeast Stark Street. Officers arrived to the scene and found a woman injured in the street.
