PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An investigation is underway after a man was found shot dead in a vehicle in Northeast Portland early Sunday morning.
Just after 2 a.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired near the 4500 block of Northeast 20th Avenue.
One man arrested, linked to 4 Portland bank robberies
On arrival, they found a man dead in a vehicle parked on the street.
Any possible suspects had left the scene and no immediate arrests were made, police said.
