PORTLAND, Ore. – One person is dead and another was taken to the hospital after a crash Monday morning in Portland, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reported. The crash happened at 6:40 a.m. near Northeast Halsey Street and 118th Avenue. During the investigation, Northeast Halsey Street will be closed between 117th Avenue and 122nd Avenue.
