Portland officials seek ‘person of interest’ on bicycle in homicide case

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Police are seeking who they say is a “person of interest” on a bicycle in connection to a homicide in Southeast Portland earlier this year.

St. Helens parents demand investigations for all teachers

Lorenzo U. Miranda, 50, was killed on the evening of Aug. 19 after a shooting happened in the 12000 block of Southeast Division Street, authorities said.

No arrests have been made.
