Driver with ‘Christmas lights in rear window’ sought in Oregon City hit-and-run

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – Authorities are searching for the driver involved in a hit and run near an Electric Lettuce in Oregon City after a pedestrian was left injured on Monday.

Oregon City police said the pedestrian was hit by a car at the crosswalk of Molalla Avenue and Warner Milne Road before the driver fled the scene by driving north on Molalla Avenue. The victim was hospitalized with minor injuries and later released.

Officials describe the driver as a “white male with short red hair and a beard in his 30s or 40s, weighing approximately 200 pounds” driving a silver four-door sedan with “Christmas lights in the rear window.”
