As the first day of winter approaches, Oregon City gears up for a poignant evening to honor community members affected by homelessness who passed away in 2024. The annual Homeless Persons’ Memorial candlelight vigil, is slated for December 21 from 6-7 p.m., at Liberty Plaza, next to the Clackamas County Courthouse at 815 Main Street, according to Clackamas County.
