Woman found dead in Wilsonville RV on New Year’s Eve ID’d, death ruled homicide

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A woman found dead in an RV in Wilsonville on New Year’s Eve has been identified and the manner of her death was officially ruled as a homicide, authorities said.

The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman as 41-year-old Catherine Grace Crosse, of Wilsonville, the Wilsonville Police Department said via Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office in a press release.

The autopsy by the Oregon Medical Examiner’s Office, which ruled the manner of her death as a homicide, was completed on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Wilsonville police said officers responded at 7:12 p.m. to a medical call near Southwest Nike Drive and Southwest Boones Ferry Road. The person who called 911 said they discovered an unresponsive woman inside a parked RV .

Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue also responded to the call, determining on arrival that the woman had died, officials said.
