A Portland woman faces a manslaughter charge after allegedly killing somebody while driving intoxicated in October, court records show. The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rosa Victalina Hitzfeld, 59, Thursday on allegations that she killed Marcia Abbate Oct. 13 and seriously injured two others. A grand jury passed down the indictment last month.
