A missing 64-year-old man from Wood Village, who wandered away from his care facility Monday afternoon, March 3, was found dead 24 hours later.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office reported at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, that Reed Christenson’s body had been found. The medical examiner has not yet determined the cause and manner of death.
Christenson left Village Manor of Cascadia, 2060 N.E. 238th Drive, in Wood Village, on foot without the assistance of his walker (his prosthetic left leg made walking difficult). His TriMet HOP card was used a short time later on an eastbound bus on Northeast Halsey Street at Northeast 238th Drive…
