Attendance is up at the Oregon Zoo. Could it be the baby elephant?

On a sunny day last week, tickets to the Oregon Zoo were sold out before 2 p.m.

This could have been a problem for someone interested in seeing the zoo’s newest sweetheart, Tula-Tu.

According to the zoo, the best times to see Tula-Tu in Forest Hall are between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., with the zoo limiting the number of visitors at a time and noting Tula-Tu could be outside of view or napping at any time…
