Vancouver clears homeless camp along Mill Plain sound wall over safety concerns

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — The City of Vancouver has cleared an out-of-control homeless encampment near a Vancouver neighborhood. The encampment had been growing for months along the Mill Plain “sound wall.” According to the City of Vancouver, over the last six months, the Vancouver Housing Authority and Council for the Homeless worked together to help the people living along the wall.
