PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who died in March.
The unidentified woman was found in a tent near Northeast Halsey Street and Interstate 84 on March 13.
The medical examiner’s office says the woman was white, between the ages of 30 and 40, 5 foot 3 inches tall, 168 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She was wearing black sweatpants, a yellow t-shirt and a black zip-up coat.
The woman had three tattoos including a black smiley face on her left hand, a black ink-filled heart on the right shoulder, and a black outline of the letter “S” in a hexagon shape on the left upper back…
