SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services is looking for an Oregon City mother and toddler because the agency believes the 16-month-old may be at risk, it said on Thursday.
According to ODHS, Cierra Rosemon and her toddler, Isaiah Johnson, went missing on April 1. ODHS said it is searching for Isaiah to “assess his safety.” The agency said they may be in the northeast Portland area; Vancouver, or in Tacoma.
Anyone who has information about where Rosemon or Isaiah may be is asked to contact authorities.
Isaiah Johnson:
