Portland-area housing authority Home Forward on Tuesday will open applications for its Housing Choice Voucher Program and open the waitlist for more than a dozen low-income apartment complexes.
The waiting lists will open from 9 a.m. Tuesday through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 21, Home Forward said.
