PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A sister still grieving five years after her brother was killed in a drive-by shooting said the one place she finds solace is constantly being vandalized. She has tended to a memorial for him in Southeast Portland for all these years and said she’s fed up.
“Every time we put it up, it’s taken down, put it up, taken down,” said Crystal Major.
Disturbed and frustrated are just a few words Crystal Major said would describe how she feels as she returns to find her brother’s memorial vandalized yet again…
