A Portland man who ran over a pedestrian with his truck and attempted to run over a nearby bicyclist in 2022 was sentenced Friday to nearly 18 years in state prison.
Multnomah County prosecutors said Frederick Moore, 43, drove a GMC truck and targeted 42-year-old Vincent Timothy.
