PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 19-year-old man is accused of killing his infant child, Gladstone police announced on Monday.
Maliki Skutley was indicted on two counts of second-degree murder and first-degree assault on Friday. He was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.
