Portland leaders address soaring housing costs and cost of living

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Portland’s cost of living continues to rise above the national average, driven largely by high housing prices and stagnant wages — and now, local and state leaders are responding with new policy efforts aimed at turning the tide.
