PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – One long-standing staple in southeast Portland celebrated its 70th birthday on Saturday.
The Community Music Center on Southeast Francis Street celebrated its birthday by holding a reception with a memorabilia display and a benefit concert featuring faculty and performing artists.
