Police arrest suspect in downtown Portland homicide

Police arrested a Portland man Saturday in connection with the death of Joshua Manahan in downtown Portland late last month.

Portland Police officers arrested Rodney Marcus Arreguin, 42, on suspicion of second degree murder and robbery, the bureau said in a statement on Saturday. Arreguin was being held in the Multnomah County jail as of Sunday afternoon.
