The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office found two bodies in the Willamette River on Saturday, only hours apart.
Sheriff’s deputies found the first body in the river just north of the Steel Bridge shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday, spokesperson John Plock said.
A second call came in just after 8:15 p.m. about a body in the river near Cathedral Park, Plock said. The body had washed ashore and was transferred to the medical examiner’s office, which will identify the remains and determine a cause of death, Plock said…
