Gresham man pleads guilty to manslaughter, attempted murder of officer

GRESHAM, Ore. (KATU) — Juan Hernandez-Lopez has pleaded guilty on Tuesday to charges of manslaughter and attempted murder of a police officer, receiving a sentence of 276 months, or 23 years, in prison.

Hernandez-Lopez was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 61-year-old James Edward Wilson.
