PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – One person was injured after an argument led to gunfire at an apartment complex in southeast Portland late Tuesday night.
Just before 11:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Glen Garden Apartments at 17476 Southeast Powell Boulevard.
