Waterfront Blues Festival announces full lineup for 2025

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Organizers with the Waterfront Blues Festival announced its full lineup for the 2025 musical event that spans Independence Day weekend.

The event is one of the Pacific Northwest’s most prominent music festivals and includes downtown Portland’s only official fireworks show. Blues Cruises will also return this year.

The festival occurs on July 4 and 5, with early bird ticket pricing still available until June 6.

The full lineup of artists include:

  • LaRhonda Steele and Ronnie Wright
  • Tahirah Memory and Arietta Ward
  • PDX Soul Collective
  • Tevis Hodge Jr. and Johnnie Ward
  • Lilla
  • Dan Berkery
  • The Bayou Boyz
  • Lloyd Jones and Mark Shark
  • Too Loose Cajun Zydeco Band
  • Allen Stone
  • The Main Squeeze
  • The Record Company
  • The Motet
  • Southern Avenue
  • Son Little
  • Low Cut Connie
  • Oh He Dead
  • Come to Mama – Etta James Celebration
  • Chris Deelane’s Psychedelic Soul Revue
  • Ben Rice and The PDX Hustle
  • Norman Sylvester

In addition, there will be two Blues Cruise events this year, which are floating concerts on the Willamette River. The Sail on Sister event happens on July 4 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Cruisin’ to Memphis event happens on July 5 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
