Scooter driver dies after being hit by 2 vehicles outside of Vancouver

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person is dead after officials say two vehicles crashed into the driver of a scooter just north of Vancouver on Wednesday night.

Just before 9:30 p.m., Clark County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a crash near NW 78th Road and 78th Street.

On arrival, officials said they found the driver of a scooter had been hit by two motor vehicles and died from their injuries.
