SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, is asking the public to help find a missing 15-year-old foster child who went missing from the Oregon Health and Science University Hospital in Portland on Wednesday.
Tyler Shoop is suspected to be in the Molalla area. He is five-feet-nine-inches tall, 148 pounds, with blonde hair, and blue eyes.
Shoop has a significant medical condition that requires hospitalization.
