PORTLAND, Ore. — The man who was shot by a security guard near a preschool in Southwest Portland in early May has died, according to police.
The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) said Saturday that the Wilsonville man, identified as 32-year-old Manuel Castillo Garza IV, died at the hospital Friday night. His family has been notified of his death.
