PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who assaulted a woman in a violent and racially charged attack near West Burnside Street and Northwest Broadway in Old Town last month.
Officers responded to the area around 12:20 a.m. on April 24 after getting reports of a disturbance. They found a woman with injuries to her head and leg. She told police she had been walking when an unknown man approached and attacked her without provocation.
